Horrible logistics company, they shipped to the wrong address

Unbelievable!! I paid for a dryer to be delivered and the old dryer to be hauled away. The delivery time was 8 AM. I received a call from the driver at 7 AM stating he wanted to deliver the dryer to my moms home who is 83 years old!!! Absolutely not!! I told the driver which is scheduled for 8 AM the time someone be will be available. Ultimately the driver DID NOT take away The old dryer saying ,he did not have any room on his truck👀 it is four hours later in this situation has not been resolved.United Kingdom Logistics.Inc..Also!!! Did not complete the job!!
