The worst service I have ever endured. The pharmacy is extremely slow and their automated phone system is not reliable. I called in with 5 refills and at the end of the call I confirmed a pick up for the next morning at 9a I called to be sure everything was ready to find only 2 had been filled. What a joke. They need to be reported to the BBB for there pharmecutical practices. They mess with people's health. Totally unacceptable.

Never thought I would experience homophobia at the local Walgreens, but here we are. Got to the register at about 12:15am or so with 5 items, give or take. There was an elderly man at the register. He had all my items scanned, save for the card I'd picked out for my fiancée's birthday. He proceeds to read the card, make a weird face, but he carries on. Then, when it's time to pay, I tell him I have a virtual card. He pulls up the correct page to do it, he's about to start putting the numbers in, when he stops and turns to me, crosses his arms and claims he cannot do it. Now, my fiancée's birthday is the next day. So I got spend 20 minutes trying to order everything from the app, I got it all but can't get it to scan the card. The cashier refuses to help with a scowl and as other customers come in for the ATM he then makes some snide remark about how at least THEY know what they want. I was told a manager wouldn't be in until 8am, I will be calling then right before I call corporate.

Round lake beach Illinois location..went to walgreens after midnight. The over night cashier employee had a chair she was pulling back and forth watching us in each isle. Sitting in a chair making not only us but others feel uncomfortable. If walgreens doesn't have over night security that's their own fault but don't have your employee make shoppers feel uncomfortable. If your gonna accuse your customers of stealing then do it so we can file a lawsuit against your company. Im not sure if walgreens knows shes doing this but they should investigate this doing this to your customers is wrong. So one star for this walgreens.only for the morning people. Their third shirt person needs to be talked too on how to treat customers.

The pharmacy is absolutely horrible! Every time you go to the drive thru, it’s a minimum of a 30 min wait & nearly 7 cars deep guaranteed. When attempting to reach by phone, you are on eternal hold until you get frustrated enough to hang up. They don’t even speak to you or acknowledge your existence - they just pick up the phone & place it right back on hold. I have been on hold with them for an hour & a half. Worst experience ever! Go anywhere else but here, if you want to maintain your sanity.
