THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!! i went with my boyfriend to just have a nice date and we both were met with such hostility. there was one employee there that was really nice but she was with other guest majority of our time there. we had to deal with one extremely rude employee who looked like he was no more than 18. every time we asked him a question or asked him for more paint it came with a lot of rudeness and hostility… almost throwing the bowl of paint at us. for the price we paid we should’ve been met with more kindness. i work in a business with lots of customer service and i would never treat a guest with such rudeness. his attitude completely ruined the experience for us… we definitely won’t be returning.

We just received our cubs after a week of our painting session, and we love'm! 💕 The place is nice and cozy, good for group activities or a lovely date. Here's the process: We booked online, came on the day of our session to find a table with our names on it with brushes, color palette and water ready for us. The host asked us to take our time to pick the plates/cubs/ornaments we want to paint on. Everything is well organized with it's prices. We sat down, the host explained the process of picking the colors, coloring, layering and whatnot (wish this part was a bit more detailed and slower, because they have recited this a million times to people; but it's our first time there and it was a bit too fast and not detailed enough). We painted, asked for more colors during our two hours there, they helped us with every question we had and were nice enough to accommodate us whenever we needed help or asked for more colors. You can choose your own brushes if you need more, and there's an area where you have a hair dryer to dry your paint and make the painting process faster. We finished our session, the hosts asked us to leave the table as is and they'll handle our cubs and have them ready for the oven process and call us when they are ready. We paid, said goodbye. A few days later we got an email confirming our pickup date and that our stuff are ready 👍 (email included times the shop is open and details on the pick-up) We went on time, picked the cubs in less than two minutes after providing the email and our names. Cubs were wrapped nicely in protective paper and in a cute paper bag 🛍️ Over all the experience was lovely and we would definitely love to do it again sometime in the future.

Had so much fun making pottery! Staff was amazing and skilled. Knew all the tricks and was very helpful! Can't wait to pick up my stuff!

It would be ideal to because you never know when they’re fully booked and don’t accept walk-ins (especially on weekends).
Yes, they ask for it for anyone 12 and over
Yea, they check your temperature and social distance
