Last time I had KFC, it was at a Tampa location near the university. And, it was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, this location has forever dampened any further cravings for KFC. The chicken (thigh and drumstick) were coated in a ghastly batter which was cooked in oil which had seen better days. The chicken itself was okay but very salty. Not a great experience.

The food was great! The personality could stand some improvements. I get it. I worked in retail for 40+ years! Believe me I get it. BUT... I never let the customers control my outlook for the day.
