We have purchased all appliances for our new home from Bill Smith based on excellent google reviews for customer service. The expensive dishwasher kitchen aid broke after few weeks. Repairman came and did the repair. Few weeks later kitchen aid came in to replace part that was being recalled. Few months after one year guarantee expired, the whole thing just stopped working. I was hoping that Bill Smith would do the right thing, went in person and spoke to the manager, but he said nothing can be done here. This dishwasher was faulty from the beginning. I will be buying our appliances and electronic only from home depot from now on.
