Terrible delivery. Have been getting the paper for over 20 years (7 days/week), In the last couple years, get the paper infrequently. I am somewhat housebound and look forward to my daily read. If you can't provide consistent service, get out of the business. Shameful !!

My family has been a 30 year customer. In the last 4 months, they have only delivered the paper several days after our long time paper person quit. If not vastly improved, I will be canceling my subscription (forever) in the next 2 weeks.

I’m not gonna go on a long rant we all know how frustrating it is being a customer of the Palm Beach Post. All I can say is WAKE UP PB Post! The very few customers you have are going to be far fewer if you continue your POOR OR NO cs! I requested a change in delivery on an occasion NO ACTION TAKEN, even after several follow up calls! On another occasion paper gets wet because of the location delivery person was tossing it. Once again after many calls no action taken! Finally and most recently a vacation hold was requested 6 days before and you guessed it, NO ACTION TAKEN!! It’s the 4th day into my vacation hold and my security camera shows paper in driveway. They’ve outsourced there customer service and representatives are nice, polite, and professional, so where is there disconnect? They take your request but there’s no follow up with delivery person. Reminds me of an old Seinfeld episode where Jerry makes a reservation for a rental car. When he arrives at the counter to pick up the car the attendant informs him that they have no more of what he reserved! He say to the person I don’t think you understand the point of the RESERVATION see anyone can TAKE a reservation, it’s the HOLDING of the reservation that’s the important part! Lol Just a little humor, But there’s nothing humorous about what’s happening at the PALM BEACH POST! A virtual train wreck! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER PB POST!!!

I am so sorry you are having some problems with your Palm Beach Post. I am an outside contractor that helps as a Sales Rep. I personally help my customers. So you can call that one 800 number ask for the carrier supervisor and state your problems and let them know what you want and it should happen. You need to call between the hours of 6 a.m. To 4 p.m..

Can someone please explain why I haven’t gotten a paper in 7 straight days since returning from vacation. Terrible customer

I haven't received the paper for 4 straight days and customer service can't do anything. No wonder people stop getting the paper. I can't even access the digital paper. They called me every week to subscribe until I did. Anyone have a US phone # instead of the outsourcing capital in the Philippines?
