We moved to Delray in 2018 we used to live in coconut creek so is a Greek place in the corner of sample en federal is the best Greek place Tazos was the best thing we found in Delray The COVID did a lot damage to restaurants and food business We always tip the people more because no that many people supporting the restaurants. Taxis got bad they charge you for everything you ask replace the three pounds of French fries for salad and the waitress said you has to pay 3 dollars more to replace Three dollars more for salad when you paying already 22 dollars for 2 giros3 dollars if you used the credit card I do not recommend this place When you are a customer they need to apréciate you as one We asked for extra tzatziki picture don’t lie Bad experience

This was an impromptu stop on our way to do some shopping, and it just so happened to be on our way. We love Greek food and were really looking forward to try a new Greek place in the area. We went on a wed night around 6pm. It was quiet with only a few patrons, but it seemed like there were people coming in picking up orders as well. We ordered an app and one dinner plate to share. 1st sign of distress: the waiter told us there an $8 up charge for sharing on a $20 plate. That’s major negative points on the customer service front. Way to punish your customers for not wanting to overeat. We proceeded reluctantly. We received the Saganaki, the waiter lit it on fire in front of us, it looked cool, it was fun. The taste wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t stellar. If you haven’t had it before it’s not a bad place to try just because they light it on fire (most places don’t anymore) Gyro dinner… the 2nd sign of distress… The chef must have been bored… we got a plate of a small portion of dry gyro meat, a heap of over cooked soggy vegetables, and potatoes that seem to have been sitting in the back for a while. There was also a dry salad that didn’t even have olive oil or any sort of flavor option. When I asked if the gyro plate came with pita, I was disappointed to find out that it didn’t. When seeing my distress the waiter brought me a pita and explained that there’s a difference between the gyro dinner and gyro platter. He may have noticed the look on my face, so he didn’t charge us the sharing charge on the bill. After all this I really thought at least one thing would taste REALLY good to help salvage the experience…unfortunately there wasn’t. It looks like they spent a lot of money on their interior renovations, but $0 on their quality of food. We will likely not be stopping by again, there are other Greek options between Boca and Boynton that aren’t as nice on the inside, but the food is authentic and well prepared.
