I have been living at the Caspian from the beginning and find it an exciting and great places to live especially with people like Danny who always offering a helping hand with a smile. Danny makes the Caspian a great place to live.

I’ve called the Caspian home for over two years now and come to appreciate how great the building amenities and neighbors have been. The location is amazing since everything is within walking distance. If I were not moving on to purchase a home, I would continue living in my loft at the Caspian. The management staff has always been very helpful in any requests or needs. During this hectic time of searching and buying a home, Danny Gonzalez has been immensely helpful working with me on my lease, and giving me the flexibility for such a large change. I could not thank Danny and the staff more and would encourage anyone who is considering the Caspian to definitely join this community. - James

Living in Caspian have been an incredible experience. From day one when I step in to know about the apartment and community,everything was amazing. Danny was and continues to been so helpful and caring. Can say he is the main reason I decided to come to Caspian as he spent a lot of time showing me the community,the apartments,the convenience of living in this area and all the great things of been part of Caspian. He advised me with so many things and made my move so easy and smooth. Also was always fair and responsible with all the things about my apartment. If you come here you’ll never regret it. In the last 2 months, the Caspian has brought in a new maintenance and housekeeping team. Combined with the new manager brought in last quarter, the Caspian is now back to world class service. This is a great place to live once again! Previous review The Caspian has had a numerous management problems in the last 6 months. Fortunately, with the addition of Tammy Boston as the new manager, the Caspian has once again become great place to live. Tammy and her team have made the Caspian an ideal place to live thanks to their attentive responsiveness to my family's needs. Thanks Tammy! FYI, below is a review I wrote when I first moved in nearly a year and a half ago. TJ Walker We had numerous logistical problems moving from a house in New York to the Caspian (all unrelated to the Caspian). In every single situation, Cy, Dan, Chris and the whole management team at the Caspian were paragons of resourcefulness and compassion. Calling this place an "apartment" is a bit misleading. It is run more like a 5 Star hotel with first class concierge service. If you are looking to increase your daily luxury and decrease hassles in your life, then I'd recommend you move to the Caspian too.
