I very disappointed with my experience at the boca town center mall. I had a good experience the first time I was there when I leased my first Tesla. I went back looking forward to having my wife get one- The salesperson “ Dan the Man” was condescending and insulting - Without getting into too much detail , we left there with a very different feeling about Tesla, and decided to look elsewhere- Tesla is a great car. Cars are not well made. Company forces employees to lie to push sales. Service is an issue and you could never get anyone. The company acts as if they are doing you a favoure by selling you a car. Over priced in comparison to other vehicles.

Will

My wife and I visited the store late last year and was assisted by Will. After several questions, we decided to book a test drive. A week later we came back for the test drive, which the experience was amazing! Will walked us through the deposit and buying process. Given the circumstances we are in, the wait has been extremely long but worth it. We should be picking up our Model Y sometime by end of month. If you want to speak with some one at this Tesla store, ask to speak with Will. Matthew has also been helpful answering questions when Will is unavailable.
