If I could give this so-called DR a zero I would. He has lied to my face after we did all he asked to do. I think his cowboy boots are bigger than his brain. Does NOT return calls, and will terminate patient/doctor relations at any given moment.

The product was ok. It was not what I expected giving the IG reviews. Most of the products came watered down. I thought it would've been better after paying almost $200.

I have been using the products for just about 25 years or more. Great product Poor Customer Service skills Calling the office, you rarely get an answer When they do answer the telephone it's 'Hello" as if they are answering from their home. There are no Manager on duty according to the Rep to report or resolve the issue to. I Want the Doctor to know that good customer is very important for any business. Or maybe he is not aware of the issues, or probably he just don't care as much anymore because he feels he has arrived. In any cases I would like to speak to a supervisor to try to resolve my issue.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped And dr thrower stopped selling his products on Amazon I guess because they deliver faster than him smh . I guess I will be reversing the charge on my credit card .
