Excellent experience: the room had most of the amenities we needed (hand soap missing from by the sink), the fellow from the front desk helped us successfully troubleshoot the TV, beds and entire room were clean and comfy, the room was large, and parking extremely convenient. Strong recommend.

Room is large and quiet, especially for a first floor off the lobby location. Nice high ceilings. Beds appeared to be clean and are comfortable. Shower is pretty run down, broken amenities shelf where complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are housed. Shower fixtures are loose and nearly falling off. Huge, heavy glass shower door came off the track after shower. VERY dangerous. It wasn't the cleanest, and didn't have enough shelf space inside. USB ports are bent and inoperable near the bed. Remote did not turn on the TV and I couldn't tell whether it had been cleaned or sanitized. Battery plate is missing. Floors were a bit dirty. No rug or carpeting, which is ok, but unexpected, as I didn't bring slippers. Pricing via hotels.com is completely deceptive and price per night varied wildly throughout a 6-night stay. Good, well lit parking. Good location near shops and food. Feels safe. Housekeeping is short staffed and requires advance notice if room cleaning or re-setting is needed. Shower fixtures are loose and nearly falling off. Huge, heavy glass shower door came off the track after shower. VERY dangerous. Skip the free breakfast. I am always shocked to learn what people think is good food. The breakfast is not it.

Our stay at the Hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The location was extremely clean and well maintained. The entire staff at every level was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. So many hotels are not opening or maintaining their pools and hot tubs but this motel had both operating and clean. My grandson said, "The hot tub is the perfect temperature".

E Gidds

The beds here were the most comfortable of any hotel I have stayed at!! The pillows were perfect and I love that they have a constant setting on the fan for white noise. Overall a very comfortable night’s sleep!
