8-30-22 we called to see if we could get checked in early because my son had a long car ride and did not sleep. they had our room ready by 1pm thank you Keith! unfortunately we had to leave the same day we were not taking any chance due to the fire heading towards Yreka even tho they reassured us we were okay and they would let us know ahead of time if anything were to change. we spent maybe 3 hours I talk to Reyna at the front desk and said they would not charge us for the night and refunded our money because they were able to book it to one of the firefighters that was on the waiting list. there was another lady at the front desk I didn't catch her name but they were all working that Saturday. I appreciate everyone who I talked to that day making us feel safe there was so much was going on that day. hope everyone was okay! will definitely go back and actually spend the night there. the room was super clean everything was fresh thank you staff!

This location is our go to every time we head north to Oregon and I'm never disappointed. The staff is very kind and accommodating. They even gave me access to some milk and breakfast supplies at night after a case of heartburn set in! The room is quiet on the back side or you can opt for a beautiful view on the front side but will hear a little traffic noise. One day the breakfast didn't have turkey sausage and Edwardo immediately cooked me some. What a sweetie! The bed was so comfortable and I love that we got both soft and firm pillows. We will be back on the next trip for sure!!

This was our first time at this Holiday inn express we have stayed in many other locations. When we first walked in last night at 8 pm the lady behind the counter was very welcoming she was wearing a mask but you could tell she was smiling. she was very nice and got us check in quickly. Our room was very clean with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker with coffee pods, cups, lids and even a couple of tea bags. There was completely mouth wash, lotion, shower cap, makeup removal cloths and a bar of soap. There was a shampoo, conditioner, bodywash dispenser in the shower. They had a hair dryer hanging on the door. All of the towels were bright white and smelled fresh. After a good night's rest we went down to breakfast. Which was really good. There was Oatmeal, cereal, 2 different kinds of sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, egg omelet or scrambled eggs to choose from plus there was yogurt, muffins, cinnamon rolls, bagels, apples and bananas. And to drink there was 3 different kinds of juice, coffee, tea and even coco. They actually had something for everybody. No mater what you might like. When we checked out the lady's behind the counter were great. We will definitely be coming back to stay here and I would recommend this Holiday inn express to everyone
