I get a sense of dread when something I buy says it’ll be shipped via UPS. The drivers are reasonably good and for the most part I’ve only had a couple mishaps with deliveries being damaged or to the wrong address; I know my neighbors abs they’ll tell me if they got my package. Here is the problem, I never know when I’m getting my package. Yes they’ll give you a ballpark figure of say 12:15 to 2:15 but there is not guarantee that I’ll get it that day, much less that time. Please do better with giving times, so we can better plan to be present when the driver arrives.

This location is easy to find, the friendly folks up front are very knowledgeable of all things UPS. On Tuesday 12/21, the temporary driver left a stack of packages at the drive way entrance on the main road, instead of dropping them off to the house. They were there for hours before we came home to find them just laying there. Our normal UPS driver is great, he drops off stuff on the time with no issues and visit with him frequently. Tried calling the local office in Yreka, can not contact them, only option is the 800 number and get a useless non-english speaking person arguing with me about speaking to the local shop. Maybe putting a bad review will get some one to call, before another package is delivered and gets stolen this time. Howard

Very hard working guys. Even when they don’t get to clock out till 9pm they are back at it bright and early. Very friendly and flexible on helping community members out. They have made running my Veterinary business much easier to run by making my packages available 6hrs prior to normal d/o. Billy and Dave specifically are a major asset to ups

Just drop it off at the location. They are open for drop offs between 12 and 200 I believe.
No there isn't unfortunately..the 800 number sends us your concerns. It's the companies way of keeping things currant and update with the movement of pkgs.
You have to go through a gun shop for that
Check the time they're open because I always not open
Call the 800# with tracking number and have it will call ( left at center for you to pick up) or have it held for another day that you will be home if you are leaving on a trip.
Im sure they will be back Monday with it then. You should be able too contact whomever sent parcel an they can provide you with a tracking # or look up where is at but im sure it will be delivered today. If snow is cleared of course
Call the 800 number or go online and stop the delivery. Or refuse it when they try to deliver
