convenient location, The staff for the most part are always friendly especially the back office staff and providers. I mean most front desk staff are always rude so I expect it but I honestly havent had an issue. The online appointments and records is such an added convience as well.

Very rude front staff, They will talk badly about you in Spanish as if you don’t know Spanish. If you need a mask they literally scold you for not having it over your nose in .1 seconds while your literally adjusting it and fixing it. Made my visit very uncomfortable when PP is meant to be a safe space. Will not be coming back here for my healthcare needs, I’d rather go without.

Kind of disappointed to be writing this, because my visit was exceptional. I was seen right after checking in and I did not experience any longer than average wait times between rooms. I went for a pap and BC, because my monthly cycles were extremely painful and heavy, and due to not having heath insurance I decided to go here to get checked out. Everything went great and OB doing the pap was amazing. I never felt any type of discomfort with her or the pap. She narrated every move so I was aware of what was going on. This appointment was on 3/18 and when leaving, I was told I would be contact about any positive or abnormal results. I have access to the patient portal and have been checking it ever since. It wasn't until yesterday that I discovered I could request the results if not provided already and almost immediately after doing so they were added to my portal. After thoroughly reviewing my results, there was one test that came back as "high risk" and positive with a negative 'standard range' and I had no idea what to make of it. I was confused, because I was told I would be contacted by phone (which I requested upon leaving the office the day of my appt) and I hadn't heard anything about the results. I tried sending a message through the portal and still have not received a response. I tried calling too and it has a torturous automated system that goes on for approx 5 minutes. Then it carries on while you're on hold. I could not get through to anyone in the short amount of time I had on my work break. Absolutely ridiculous. Mind you, I also haven't received any letters in the mail about these positive/abnormal results. My appointment was two weeks ago. Considering this is my heath and I'm looking at red flags on my results, I should be contacted about this RIGHT WHEN THE RESULTS COME IN. COME TF ON.

I was lucky and able to schedule an appointment online morning of (likely a cancellation). Online booking system was obviously up to the minute reliable and clear and simple. Reception staff, medical assistant and the nurse practitioner I saw were all very courteous and professional. Appointment was on time. Excellent visit.
