Very clean rooms! Had a great stay for one night. The staff was extremely friendly and even the housekeeping staff were engaged and interactive. They took extra special care of our dog as well. Breakfast was better than the average hotel. I highly recommend this place!

While there were other rooms available I was placed in a room that shared a wall with the kitchen so at 4am I woke up to doors slamming and kitchen pans banging. While getting my breakfast having a casual conversation with the kitchen staff the employee told me that it is well known that the room shouldn’t have been rented because they get constant complaints for this very same reason. I requested a refund and was told that since I booked the room thru hotels.com I would have to contact them. Hotels.com contacted to hotel then denied a refund. I contacted again and they agreed 40.00 refund on a room that was 250.00 was reasonable. I could have stayed at motel 6 for 100.00 and gotten a better nights rest!

Our stay was great. I think it’s a newer hotel but am not sure when it was built, it definitely felt new. Every employee we met was wonderful and so friendly especially Maya at the front desk. Breakfast was very good and the rooms were nice and clean. My only negative was that the beds were insanely hard. I slept for 4 hours the first night and debated on sleeping on the floor or the couch the next night. It’s still 5 stars though because we did have a good time and it’s in a good location for me and my family.

Very friendly staff. Super nice and answered all my questions with ease. The hotel room looked just like the picture. Very clean. Breakfast area was nice and open, had a good array of items. Was constantly wiped down while we sat and ate. .
