I hired these guys to install impact windows and doors in my entire house. After having them for a while I'm kind of shocked at just how sloppy of a job they did. There are places where they didn't calk, made really sloppy imprecise cuts, tried to cover up marks and scratches, left black goop on the edges of the windows for me to remove i guess. The PGT impact windows look amazing at first glance but when I look at the finer details from the installation it looks very bad. I had a weird trapazoid shaped window that they installed. originally it was supposed to be pgt but they ended up saying they couldnt make the cut for the angle so they went with mr glass. The window is too small and looks really bad and they just gave it an extra large border so it would fit. They said they couldn't get one cut the right size but I find it hard to beleive they couldn't get it an inch or 2 bigger. I see other houses in my neighborhood with a correct sized impact window. I think they just didn't measure it incorrectly, but Its hard to challenge it. They were super unprofessional and disorganized. Through out the proccess they would miss estimations on when they would receive the windows from the manufacturer which is completely understandable especially during covd times. However, they wouldn't even contact us. We would have to call them to see what is going on. They were missing parts at one point and just left materials and pieces on my back porch for months like it was a construction zone. If you are going to spend tens of thousand of dollars and replacing you windows, I'd recommend paying a few thousand more and going with a company that is going to be professional and do a good job. I really regret going with these guys.

Jonathan and team went above and beyond from start to finish. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 1) A thorough assessment during the sales process for an accurate quote. With a challenging replacement and install job, it wasn't just trying to make the sale, instead the owner asked the install team lead to fully assess and uncover potential concerns to avoid surprises and added costs. 2) Quote and follow-up discussions were collaborative, clear, and multiple options were discussed. The final agreement was both clear and fair and I had a good sense of what to expect throughout the process. 3) Installation went smoothly and the final result was fantastic. There was some waiting for all the products to arrive from the manufacturer, but the install team was great. Professional, careful, and cleaned up without being asked. Overall the team made sure things were done right, answered questions, treated my home with the utmost respect, and addressed any concerns quickly.

These guys are FANTASTIC!! I purchased 8 13' tall Hurricane Door Panels over 3 years ago from "The Windowman" out of Ft. Lauderdale. They never worked. PGT gave them another set of panels and they couldn't install them again correctly. My nightmare continued. My lawyer contacted PGT and they gave me a list of other installers to contact. None of them except Jonathan at American Hurricane Solutions would even come to give me a quote. Jonathan came and figured out all that was wrong. He took over and went work with PGT. PGT remade for the 2nd time all new replacement panels. American Hurricane Solutions in two full days came and installed all eight huge heavy doors and they now work perfectly. Their guys were so professional and hard working. You could tell they all know what they are doing. They cleaned up like they found it and even washed the glass on the new doors. The price was more than reasonable. I would STRONGLY recommend they and will always promote them when any friends ask "Do you know someone good that installs Hurricane Doors and Windows?" YES! American Hurricane Solutions.
