What a bad attention, because of the staff tomorrow face and we asked for salsa and because of the laziness of serving them which is the plus of tropical chicken with coriander and garlic, they said there is no, period, of course they were not Latinos.

This place is absolutely the MOST DISGUSTING Pollo I have been to!!! The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and the food is NASTY!!!! I LOVE Pollo but this location is the bottom of the barrel!!! The nasty mouthed line prep guy was cussing at a gentleman for simply asking if there was anyone available to take his order. When I asked him if this is how he normally talks to his customers, he said “yeah it is” and had a nasty smirk on his face. The front counter lady was rude and had a distinct look on her face as if she was irritated to be there. Our food was served to us ice cold and the bread was soggy. We returned our tray without eating the food and left. I was so disgusted with this store that I am taking this to Corporate and filing a formal complaint. STAY AWAY from this store at all cost if you like Pollo and don’t want to be turned off to eating there ever again.

First time I go to that tropical pollina the most special and welcoming for the staff that make your stay possible in the place I liked it even though it is pure English and I am learning they are wonderful for me the place with its employees are the best and the super fast and excellent food and I ate out in the cart satisfied Thank you
