On Sep 21 I place an order over the phone for a taso gabrit with rice and chicken with rice and sauce, although it took me an hour to go pick up my food i got there and paid 37 and tax. I got home and gave my brother his plate, as im sharing my plate of good in a separate plate to give my 5 year old I noticed something… and sure enough it was a roach! It was greasy and crispy as if its been cook in there i immediately call bistro and no one answered the phone so i went to the store with both of the food and was polite about it i made sure when I spoke to the guy at the front no one else was in the store and demanded a refund he took a picture sent it to the store owner but not after he told me he never seen that kind of bugs before like really 😒He was unable to give me a refund to wait till the store owner come in at 8:30Pm….. i show up at The restaurant The owner told me that he was sorry and that he has never seen that bug and that it did not come from their restaurant although the food was untouch he stated that maybe it’s because the food cost too much and I realize that and came back I inform him if it was too much for me to pay I wouldn’t have paid it The owner of the store gave me a refund of $26 due to the Half eaten gabrit which I feel like was unfair considering that I took the proper measurement and came in and informed him of the situation.

I enjoyed my meal, they forgot my Mac and cheese. The rice was spicy I didn’t even need to eat the pikliz with the griot. I guess they forgot to take out the scotch bonnet pepper out. Still give it four stars, the griot was delicious.
