Lancaster- I loved the outlet mall of Cosmetic Company . I had a different experience. What a shop ! Wow ! Sawgrass Mall - here the store was smaller and it had enough . But overall I got the best cosmetic products. Thanks Cosmetic Company for making me buy .

They have great deals and it's a steal to shop here because you can find designer fragrance for such a reasonable price makeup sometimes for $5

I’d prefer to give 0 star for this ridiculous and insane store. Me and me friend went there two times before. The first time the experience is already bad. Because nobody want to assist you. They even don’t say hi to you. And actually we really want to buy something. They were not busy and they just want to sat at the front desk pretended they’re busy. And then 5 minutes they called an Chinese agent to help us. By the way she is nice. So why ignore us, and then ask for Asian agent. We can speak English dear. Anyway, we finish this day peacefully. But today. March 24…. Terrible. Today they had big sales. 60 percentage off. When we arrived there, there had 2 Spain girl shopping. They spend $4000 more even more right there, so these 2 agents kind busy. We totally understand. But after those girl left, they still ignore us. And they just don’t want to serve you help you assist you. They didn’t say any promotion. We asked is there 60% off? She said yes. And we checked online, it said over 250 should have 10% off for everything. We asked her, she said yes. And then we asked any other promotion? She said no. And then we checked online again, over 250, small size eye serum provided. And we need to ask her again. And she said yes. Anyway, We need push a lot on her ask her. And!! You know when they had a big sale, they have limitations. They don’t let you buy a lot stuffs, but they let those Spain girl do that. But they don’t let us do that. That’s funny Anyway, We did checked out! And then we realized some items they didn’t give 10% off, we asked them. They said no they just do that on some items! But the way you told me before is different. And they said we harassed them.??????? Ask security to let us leave their store?? Excuse me?? What I did to you? I’m just asking the promotion question.
