We arrived in Miami at 5pm, and our room was not ready, even though check-in was at 3. The a/c in our room had controls to increase or decrease the temperature, but no buttons worked at all. The a/c would turn on for about 10 mins and be freezing cold, then off for 10 mins and be hot. The shower floor had absolutely no grip, and my elderly mother almost slipped in the shower. We ended up buying a grip for the shower ourselves. The shower did not drain, so we showered in a puddle of water. The sink did not drain correctly, and fhe plug that clogs the sink was completely loose and ended up coming out. There was hot coffee in the morning with thin paper cups to put the coffee in, and I was told by staff that there were no coffee sleeves. So I had to cary two very hot cups of coffee up to the room with no sleeve to protect my hands.

Hello, they do not have a kitchen but if they have a refrigerator, their microwave and the rooms are very good, totally new, they do not have the smell of cigarettes, I recommend it and in a good area with a very close shopping center
