Had lunch at Arby's today, and was really surprised by how dirty everything was! The Floors everywhere were sticky, the tables all looked dirty. Seriously so sad after the beautiful remodel. Not a good dine in experience=(

Always slow to get your food, but always hot, fresh, and exactly what you order. Their strawberry lemonade is the best!

Service was slow, they were busy and it was lunch time. Order was correct and service was apologetic and friendly

I give 1 star and that is being nice. I go thru drive-thru and several times I was missing part of order.

why is it that I can NOT look at your menu with the PRICES as well as the PICTURES of the item so that I can actually SEE what I want to order before I go so that I don't TIE up the drive up window trying to figure out what I want without going in
