I buy and sell here often, the staff has always been friendly and accommodating to the customers. My daughter comes with me and she loves the store to. Nice selection on coins and bullion. I highly recommend checking them out.

Aweful shipping! Will not buy from them again!

Neat store. Priced well over Google claimed value but I have not a clue lol. $50.⁰⁰ for a $42.⁰⁰ coin but they can't house it for free.

I have ordered over many years from Silvertowne and I like their products The biggest problem is I do not receive tracking information and not once but twice have I not received what I ordered This time I called three times as it’s been 15 days since it shipped basically I’m told conflicting information of where my order is when I called customer service. Now I’m told they will look into where my order is and will hear from them at the end of the week Honestly if this isn’t resolved soon I’ll take my business elsewhere

Yes. How much does it weigh? Ill tell you the value
I would suggest calling them for current policies. When I have sold items there I was given a check but cash might be an option, as well.
Usually no,but if you have alot it would be helpful to call first
Not positive what you might consider way under spot or what precious metal you're referring to, but when we purchase silver, gold and scrap jewelry over our front counter our buy price depends on market demand (if the market is soft or strong) and the live/current spot price of the precious metal. Depending on how the market for whichever precious metal you are selling is doing at any given time determines our buy price and it moves often.
We do buy jewelry, but we buy it for its scrap metal value. So gold, silver and sterling silver - any non-precious metal we do not buy.
Look on the coin itself it's stamped right on it
Not through me. You can purchase silver through the Silvertown store.
Yes they do
You have to take it there and they weigh it
No but they are absolutely the best for you very very fair buying or selling
Brass is not a precious metal, it is recyclable like aluminum cans or copper wire. Check to see how much your local metal recycler buys it for. It is bought by the pound/ton. Check with all of them because the buy price can greatly vary from place to place. The only other thing to consider is if you have an antique that is made of brass that has collector value above recycling price.
Some of the sets they sell have stamps with them
CoinTrackers.com has estimated the 1912 D Barber Half Dollar value at an average of $17, one in certified mint state (MS+) could be worth $1,850. Condition is everything when it comes to the possible value of a coin...
Worth atleast it's weight in gold.
Probably not for SilverTowne buying it unless the plaque is marked being made of silver or sterling silver, which is unlikely. SilverTowne doesn't buy gems/birthstones outright.
Avoiding shipping charges are the number one advantage to shopping in-store, however our main bullion pieces ship free online anyhow so it depends on what you buy; plus as long as you spend $100 online, shipping is free to the continental US.
No, we just deal in numismatics (coins) and Gold & Silver bullion.
Not positive what you're asking in this question, but we do buy jewelry for its scrap metal value and we only purchase jewelry that contains precious metals like gold, silver and sterling silver.
