This is home. It has plenty to destroy your body with, and everyone there is nice. The atmosphere is laid back and doesn't ever get too crowded. The owner is an awesome dude, knows his stuff, and is more than willing to help out.

This gym is always clean and the staff as well as the patrons are extremely friendly and helpful. The classes are a lot of fun and the instructors are great at helping modify movements to accommodate everyone.
