I have been coming here for years, no issue. This review is because today, for the first time, I met the owner, and just wow. As a fellow business owner in the downtown area, I have never encountered another owner being so rude. I brought in a friend from out of town. We had hookah, and my friend got light-headed and decided to lay back on the couch for a few minutes. Someone made gestures from across the room that my friend needed couldn’t lay back. When my friend didn’t sit up, he screamed at us from across the room, ‘you can’t sleep in here; you need to get up. We didn’t listen because we did not appreciate being screamed at from across the room. After a minute, the man approached us and told us, ‘you can’t sleep in here; you need to sit up’ we explained that another staff member had come to replace coals and had the opportunity to tell us. He then said, ‘I am the owner, and I am telling you, also laying down is not proper dining culture, and you should already know this’ the delivery was coarse and hostile. I couldn’t believe he was the owner. We explained to him the only reason my friend was lying down for a moment was because of being light-headed from the hookah. I also explained that I did not appreciate him screaming at us from across the room and that, as an owner, he needed to communicate with guests better. He then offered a glass of water without apologizing. He brought the glass of water, then sat with a group of friends right in front of us and gossiped about us while we watched and listened. Needless to say, I am disgusted and will not put another dollar into this man’s pocket and I do wonder if our dark skin color had something to do with his approach.

Very nice atmosphere. Cigar was really good that the worker recommended. My wife also enjoyed her coffee.

Great vibes great service mixed Music choice with everything from foreign music to blues great hookahs with great flavor to them good hand rolled cigars great lattes great vibes. Highly recommended
