After having an issue with a knife I purchased from them online, they promptly took care of me and got it resolved. I was able to re-order another knife and the customer service was excellent. The lady I spoke with over the phone was very helpful and understood what I was looking for and was very patient with me. Shipping was also very quick. Very positive experience with Omaha Knife and I will be doing more business with them in the future.

Last time I took my Wustof that I bought from here when it first opened; they sharpened them in reverse(up and away to hone). It worked ok but I took them back today and was told Curtis isn’t doing well(🙏🏼) so they might not do anymore sharpening service. I pray for the passionate blade man I met long ago Curtis; but now I’m scrambling to find someone else.
