I am Spanish, I went two years ago because I wanted to get a green card (my father is a non-American) and he started to yell at me, he got angry because he asked me about my political ideals and I answered him. He didn't like my answer and told me that I could never get a green card. Two years later I am an American citizen because I went to another lawyer, one who was professional. Do not trust what Alpizar tells you, always consult another lawyer.

Admirable and excellent Lawyer. With a long history and solid knowledge. Always updated, responsible and honest in his constant work. His innumerable matters won, inside and outside the United States, and those of us who know him, recommend him with absolute certainty.

Questions & Answers

Good afternoon, Mr. Santiago, I have a friend who for several years has traveled with a Spanish passport and the ESTA has been approved. I request it again because his Spanish passport is new and it was not approved, can he fill out the application again?

I am not the lawyer .... But my mother had the same situation .... I applied 5 kisses to her and was instantly rejected ..... I took her to the US consulate in Mexico and they told her that because she was Spanish .. .. I had to travel to Barcelona or Madrid and you have to explain your situation to the consul to see if they will approve a visa .... Now with this situation it is impossible .... Then I got on the government website and that is what is explained .... That is, you have to go to Spain ....

Can my 14 year old daughter do her citizenship when she is 5 years old in the USA without me?

Yes, if you are a permanent resident.

Cuban's 5-year visa expired. I wait 1 year from his last entry to the country, I apply for the residence and he was denied. They gave him 1 month to return. Do you have any possibility of making any kind of claim? He has a license and a job.
