My most recent visit to this wendys was the most pleasant visit i have had in a while at any fast food restaurant. The system was down, so they were only accepting cash. Mya (i am so sorry i am unsure of how it is spelled) was very friendly and polite when explaining they could only accept cash. For the system being down, the crew worked very efficiently and professionally in taking care of our order 😊 thank you so much!!

Most AWFUL experience, the food was so cold to the touch,fries were very cold too..when tried to take back the guy said No, the manager was in a car BYE the dumpster with a male companion. 25.00 and we left with no food nor a refund.. Very sad to be treated this way especially when traveling..3 ppl. Were working this night..6/1/2022

The staff that work the morning shift have everything on point. Food hot and delicious, get through drive thru quickly, etc. The closing staff needs some major overhaul or proper training. I ordered a taco salad and only received the lettuce. I was missing all of the extras for it. When I mentioned it at the window, they said sorry and then came back with another bag. When I checked the bag, they had only put the chili in it. No sour cream, no salsa, nothing else. Had to go inside for the rest of the taco salad I ordered. Breakfast time is the only time I go. If I go later in the evening, I have a 90% chance of my order being wrong or having forgotten items.

One of the worst wendys Ive ever been to..first of all they had 1 person eating inside and 2 cars in the drive thru and the girl up front had no expression almost like she had an attitude when ordering our food. I asked for asiago ranch with no lettuce or tomato she only hits no tomato so then my wife got her normal wendys burger like always and it had mustard on it for the first time. She asked them politely to fix it because it has never came with mustard. The manager working the line got an attitude and told her shes supposed to order it without and my wife told her its never came with mustard. The manager told her they all come with mustard and that was the nicest way she could have said it. Just extremely rude and unprofessional.

The tax was an additional 70 cents.... Like I said it's not the 20 cents that bothered me.... It's the cashier and managers lackadaisical attitude about it. That's what the computer said so it has to be right........ NOT.... We didn't upsize anything... Receipt shows $10.20 plus the .69 cents tax for a total of $10.89. Like I've said... It wasn't the 20 cents. It was the attitude of the cashier and the manager.
