I just had the worst experience today at this dentist... note: I have been coming to Dr james for 30 plus years.. done sent so many customers to him saying how good he was... but the way I was treated today was absolutely disrespectful.. soon as I arrived there was a lady at the desk that stated there was a $75 xray fee...then minutes later another lady told me that I had to pay $125...so I paid the $125..got the xray, saw the dentist (Dr james)... he stated I needed a root canal that would cost me $2700... I then stated that I wanted it on paper.. I asked them to write it down... so the same lady that was at the front desk said that it was $3200.. I asked the lady how did it come from $2700 to $3200... she stated that the price is the price... I once again told here that that's not the price that Dr james gave me... she then slammed the sliding door in my face and walked away... I then asked to speak with the Dr james.. she refused saying that he was with a customer... after multiple times trying to talk to thr james.. he finally came out ant basically yelled at me as if I was wrong instead of finding out the facts of what went wrong... I stated to him that he can pull the cameras to see how disrespectful the lady at the front desk was... after a while of he did apologize on behalf of his employee ... I don't like to write bad or negative reviews for people but this incident needs to be known... I'll never again refer anybody here...

The best Dental office ever.The staff is super nice I been going there for 18 years and the office always clean and Dr James is very nice and respectful 😀

Stay away from this place. They screwed my husband up. The dentist is absolutely rude and unprofessional. I spent over 3k at this terrible establishment. He drilled my husband bottom row making his teeth look like fish teeth and roughed him up throughout the whole process. I wish I never did business with them. Thanks for messing up my husband mouth.
