Went here earlier tonight to pick up a birthday gift that we were having trouble ordering online from Target. When we couldn't find the item we asked a young man named Matt who was awesome. Although the store inventory did say they had one Matt was able to find the item and we are extremely grateful for Matt's help. Customer service goes a long way in telling people how much a store cares about its customers. Matt certainly showed us how much he cares about helping customers. Thank you Matt for making a little girls birthday gift come true.

Usually ok with service but one time they left out HALF of the items of an over $120 order … must have forgotten a few bags. I tried calling many times to see if they had the rest of the order… nobody picked up the phone. I tried getting a refund through the app and the request was rejected. Be careful with curbside pickups because if they leave stuff out and you don’t realize it until you get home, you’ll be out of luck. No way to get your stuff or your money. It’s pretty unethical. I’ve also been sold expired items… I got a juice that was a year past the date.

I like Target. This one is just a MINI one for me. It has a little bit of everything, but I feel like it's not going to last here because it isn't as big as the other locations on the Island. They may have picked the wrong store to replace what was there originally.
