It's in need of some updating. The hot Tub was broken, the chairs in our room were broken with springs hanging out, There were holes in the comforter . The staff was friendly and did what they could.

I chose this hotel because they advertise an airport shuttle, which they do not have in service. Therefore, I had to spend nearly $50 for an Uber. Additionally, I had an early flight. The checking person told me there would be a few breakfast items to grab on my way out. However, there was nothing, not even coffee available with no one in sight at the front desk. The room at least was very nice and clean.

This marriott location has racist employees. They consistently harass minorities by not allowing their return with no reason given. Parties that contain multiple races are treated with disdain.

On 3/26/2022 I stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn in Holtsville, NY. Before arrival my sister called and spoke with Gio Guilfucci to request a credit authorization form so she could put her credit card down as payment for my stay. Gio was so friendly and provided very prompt service, when I arrived I was greeted with a smile and the whole check in process was such a pleasure. I felt very welcomed and attended to, I would definitely recommend this hotel just on the customer service alone. I look forward to booking again 😊. Thank you again Gio and Marriott for the wonderful stay!!!
