Worst experience at a chili's restaurant. Went for Mother's day. When we got there they were not that busy. Took forever to get our food. People that were seated at least ten minutes after we ordered got their food before us. Waitress asked one time if I wanted a refill on my drink I said yes. And it took at least 5 minutes. Then sat at the table for about ten minutes waiting on the bill. One time waitress was walking by my mother in law said excuse me 3 times and she just kept walking. We were in the restaurant for over an hour and a half. My chicken finger wasn't cooked all the way through the ribs were not very good. My wife's steak that she ordered medium rare had absolutely zero pink in the middle. I'll stick with the Chili's by my house in Bridgewater falls.

The food was ok. The restaurant needs an update badly. Everything's old and sticky. The restrooms were not clean. Black spots in the corners of the floor. There was no a bartender working to pour drinks. This used to be a nice place to bring your family to eat.

The look the hostess gave us when we walked in said "Go Away." Then she sat us at a dirty table. The server came to get our drink order & we moved to a different table that was clean while she was gone. They are obviously short staffed but our waitress did a great job & the food was good. When we tried to pay the machines were all mixed up & she had to find one that would work on our table. There was another group having the same issue as we were leaving.
