They have horrible security guards and the cheif of them think he runs the place there has to be a change other they that everything good and no light around the courts

You could contact the campground directly as they have lots for rent or are aware of occupants who rent their condo/camper. Or like my parents, you could also look up rentals on VBRN site. A great place to stay and meet lovely people.
