I worked here for 4 years and I can tell you the reason why they cannot keep employees is due to upper managements mismanagement of its employees. You have a operations manager that watch’s the cameras like a hawk to see if someone is messing up. He hides behind boxes and steel coils to spy on people. Allows lower management to continually harass its employees and when something is said about the harassment management does nothing about it. Pay is to low for this type of environment to be in. There is no where to grow within the company and if there’s open spots that you desire they will over look you for an outside source to fill the void. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy.

The pay and benefits are very good, they invest in technology, but chances for advancement are very limited. Very little is expected of most middle management. Even if you’re able to prove yourself valuable and worthy of promotion, you will be held back as long as possible. I’m living proof, I had to leave after 13 years to move forward. It’s a shame, because this company could be so much more if they would get rid of their weak middle managers and focus more on the people that actually get work done to help them be profitable. I learned a lot, but wasn’t allowed to advance.
