Normally I enjoy the experience but this time wasnt so good... bruh i can wait another 2 minutes for some fresh crispy fries.. I dont ever need folks to rush to give me raw food... that's bad service young man... i know you thought you was tryna hurry... but there's no need to get anyone sick off some half cooked food. Common sense should tell you that. Very disappointed when I tasted the fries and threw them away driving home.

This Penn station either needs new management or needs to be shut down completely, the attitudes from the whole staff are almost unbelievable at this point. When you walk in you just feel the negativity in the atmosphere, not only that but they do not believe in wearing hair nets. The guy taking my order did not want to be at the establishment at all, it was to the point where I was willing to just walk out and not place an order at that point. I will rather drive an extra 5 minutes to another establishment then to deal with this location.

This location has some rude staff! It was 3 men working when we went and all 3 were unfriendly and I almost walked out because of it. No manners, no greetings. Just "what do you want" I give my order and when asked the size I said the medium and the guy snapped at me listing the exact size (I think 6,9,12) he could've easily said ok so 9, but no he was rude about it. He and another staff member then started arguing in front of us customers. 10 minutes go by, I still don't have food they're still bickering back and forth. Another customer entered, got no greeting, stood there for 5 minutes and left. No one ever said a word to him. They finally call my name and shove the food bag at all with some force. Got home (5 minute drive) food is all soggy and not made how I ordered it. Fries were just disgusting, soggy and limp. Thank goodness I was able to fix it up a bit at home but I shouldn't have had to!

Horrible experience! I have been a fan for twenty years. This week (jan 18 2022) stopped by for a lunch date with my daughter. Two people working noone buy us in the place. Young girl more interested in clicking away on her cell phone with her ultra long and dirty fingernails than taking our order apparently. Got our order of two sandwiches wrong, and gave us cold fries that were sitting out instead of making fresh even though only two people in the place. Had to remake my daughters order and seemed confused on how to place the order.. got it wrong a second time. Dreary depressing atmosphere. Cant believe this place is in business. Only good location is in Hartwell apparently. stay away.
