TLDR:No Job Security, Poor Training, and.no regards for human life above money or 'stock profits '. I did enjoy the job and got much work done. However no paper work or explanation was given. The company did not even ask for the store keys back. Idk what they're doing but it seems illegal..

Complaint not responded to quickly. Had to make multiple calls to voice dissatisfaction about missed appointments, untimely service and inappropriate care. Caregiver made calls on day of appointment at 800 a.m. to do previously scheduled 900 a.m. immediately. This after two missed appointments. Caregiver had "15 patients" to tend and could not get to "difficult cases." Bed patient hauled into bath for rough shower, over screams. Spotless bathroom left soaking wet and in disarray. There may have been racialized/racist assumptions at play in delivery of care. As Afro-Latino client, found cultural insensitivity high and respectful interactions non-existent. Not what I expected. Neither upscale nor professional. Avoid at all costs if you want quality care.

A wheeled walker was ordered for my father in July 14th. Today is Aug 25th n still no walker. I call everyday n told that ticket wasn't put in, order overlooked, every excuse n they still can't figure it out. Insurance co has paid for it so they don't mind not delivering. Meanwhile my father has fallen 5 times. This co does not care. Go through someone else n save the struggles!😡😡😡

The company is horrible they suck and what they put me through today l'm getting ready to file a complaint big time
i believe its a per-qualification to work for them. And you have to know how to lie to clients because no one calls back and my everyday needs are not met and know one cares. This company is owned by Humana and they are the only vendor they allow to provide beds oxygen scooters electric wheelchairs and my portable oxygen. over a year now and they do not call back and they dont have a back up vender to insure the wellbeing and safety of those of us who need these things for everyday life. 90 years old cancer, copd and congestive heart failure...i need help
Yes they are very rude and they called me a man all because I don't have a feminine voice. 😑

You never will vbe2.m!
Not sure why the order did not go through. Maybe due to insurance lapsing. However, Call again and request to speak to the supervisor. Explain in detail about the missing order for home health-care antibiotics and let them know the insurance you have. I hope this helps.
One Homecare Solutions has contacted me, confirmed correct items needed monthly. I feel confident that the issue has been resolved and I will get proper items. Thank You One Homecare Team.
