Great food and drinks. Their margs are solid and the burritos take the cake. Great vibes all around. Their staff is friendly and courteous. With outdoor seating right beside otter creek you can’t go wrong. Make sure to stop in and grab some blazing food & drinks!!! I highly recommend Middlebury’s Mad Taco!

Loved Mad Taco in Waitsfield, so we stopped here for lunch while in town. This is a great dog-friendly location right by the river. Only reason 4 stars is because the tortillas weren't cooked, so they totally fell apart before we could eat the tacos. Didn't remember that from our other visits to the other location.

Stopped by randomly on a trip up north and just had to stop by again on the way back down. The place has an "underground" feel to it but step outside you have wonderful outdoor seating. The food was great, the staff was fun and I triple dog dear you to try their habenero tequila shot!

Damn good food! The Chile Colorado burrito was one of the best I’ve had. Unique blend of southwestern with a bbq twist. Excellent service! Will definitely eat there again!
