I've been a patient here since 2016, both Dr's. Thomas Anderson and Julie Anderson, have treated me with such attention to care, as if I were one of there family members. Even supporting me while I grieved the loss of both my sisters in a matter of 4 month, I'm eternally blessed to have doctor's who "LISTEN " and pay attention to my illnesses and treat accordingly. The front office staff Jessica, Angeliz and Givanna are amazing. Thank you all

I have been a patient with Thomas Anderson for 4 years. This review does not reflect on Thomas Anderson only Julie Andreson and staff associate Jessica. I have been with held from getting an MRI for over a month due to negligence of Julie Anderson. NIA has needed to receive a call or office note that can be uploaded within minutes to get approval for the suggested MRI. I have have two MRI that has been delayed because Julie Anderson told me the reason I was denied the MRI is because I had not gone in person to her office wich they charge $270.oo for* the follow up of my sonogram that was negative. I called NIA and they said this was false information. Today I call and was hanged up on, I then call from my wifes phone with NIA over the phone and plead with conner to have the doctor make a simple call to expedite my MRI for Approval tomorrow 05/21/2021 and was told I was they would not do it because I was discharged and if I had an emergency to go to the emergency room.... I was never even given a reason for being discharged... I truly believe its because I did not want to make a redundant office visit with my pain and Julie Anderson who is not even my Doctor put her ego in the way of my health care and never uploaded the office notes from 01/13/2020 to NIA which has now as of today 05/20/2021 declined my second MRI. All this negligence in order to try to prove to me I needed to physically go in person to see her I hope there is nothing really serious with my health and hope my doctor Thomas Anderson calls me to inform what his wife has done to me.
