Please tell your reps to leave a voice-mail if you're going to call people 6 times in 48 hours and during early morning hours. I don't answer unknown numbers and had no way to know who was calling. This company makes you go extra steps to cancel a policy. It shouldn't be difficult. I called and requested my account to be cancelled a month ago, that should've been the end of the story.

You can easily update your credit or debit card information in the "Billing" section on My Account or in the PM My Account app. If you had a payment rejection on the old card, your payment will be processed with your new card information.
Physicians is not a plan network. So you go to any dentist and pay there, then file a claim for reimbursement. What you get back is outlined in your policy and varies by what was done.
