Here's a little story about how dedicated and awesome these guys are: we had an appointment to drop off 6 lambs last week. Somehow *possibly my fault* 2 lambs broke free while unloading. Those 2 lambs took off, sprinting down the railroad tracks as if they knew their lives depended on it. The entire Oakland Processing crew formed a quick posse, literally driving up and down each street - nice town, by the way. Nearly an hour of search ensued. Finally the sheep were tracked down. That posse had them shot, bled out, and back at the butcher shop within about 3 minutes of locating them. So definitely 5 stars for service and, oh yeah, they do a fabulous job on the processing as well.

Been getting my Deer Meat processed here for several years. They do a good job and it tastes good.

whole hog purchased, got some packages with others names, but crossed out, never asked for country style ribs, yet that is what we got, no steaks, only just opened 2 packs of sausage(picture attached) something isnt right. and 1 of bacon, no one will eat the bacon, its.... stail. called, they confirmed we got everything...mmmhmm
