Walked to the restaurant from the hotel. The establishment was not busy and wait staff was standing around when I arrived. I sat at a 4 person high top in front of the bar. It took approximately 10 minutes for a server to come to my table. I ordered a coke, water, and a cheeseburger with tots. My food came before my drinks did. The shift manager actually brought my food (again not busy). I told the manager I ordered drinks and had not received them. 7 minutes later I got my drinks. My food was cold and the tots tasted like old oil. I ate my food. No one checked on me. I drank my coke and water. Still no one. I went to the bar to pay my bill. My meal was $18. With no tip. I will never eat there again.

Waited 10 minutes just to be greeted, got our waters a few minutes later, then nothing for another 15 minutes. We eventually just walked out. Servers seemed lazy and in no hurry. I've heard bad things about the service here but man was it way worse than I imagined.
