At the time of writing, I have been on hold to make an appointment for over 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. EDIT: just hung up when it hit the 1hr mark. I will probably be seeking a different provider over this.

Did not review medication previously filled listed in my chart and sent the wrong medicine to be filled at the pharmacy. I called twice had to leave a message and also sent a message through the portal. You have to manage your own care with this place, if you don't they will screw up medication.

They will get u in no problem...mostly cuz I'm sure they dont have that many clients. My dr always rushes through stuff and never treats my actual problem. The lobby is nice tho. 🤷♀️
