Horrible across the board.!!! worst company I have ever seen in Property Management. They site issues that are NOT my home, and then have no explanation but ignore when they are wrong. I tried very hard and now it I hired legal counsel to take care of this.

Absolutely worthless company. They do not enforce rules or make contractors/service providers do their jobs properly. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone or call you back. Emails are their way of communicating and they often ignore them. The only way to get results is to complain constantly and then they call you a trouble maker and liar. Sentry is a joke.

This branch is absolutely horrible. I’d leave zero stars if possible. They never answer the phone, hardly respond to emails. I have been in a situation with the structure of my building and can’t get anyone on the phone or to call me back. I have had to go straight to my HOA president to get this resolved. It’s like nobody at this facility cares at all about doing their job. Their excuse is that we have a lot of proprieties to manage. Terrible all around and wish my HOA would replace them.

Horrible customer service. You ask to talk to a manager and they always busy they never take your call. You leave a voice mail and they never call you back. Worst property management .

We would like to resolve your issues but you did not indicate the community in which you reside. We have looked through our homeowner records and find 47 people with Velez as a last name in Central Florida but no one named Alberto. Please contact your Community Manager, the Division office or our Customer Service number to seek specific information or discuss your association.
Hi Ryan, in order to get a pool, you need to go to the Highlands clubhouse? The clubhouse is open 8:00 to 1:00 every day except close both days of the weekend. I think it is still a $10 fee. It's an electronic card white card to use on the gate. It's a one-time fee unless you lose it.
There is a tab on our website (www.sentrymgt.com) titled "Order Closing Documents." Click that navigation button and it will take you to our partner who provides those documents.
That is up to the board of directors not Sentry. Check with the Community Manager. They will let you know if there are any regulations regarding rentals.
A different one per community. The board of directors for each community reviews proposals and choozes.
Sentry is renewing their customer service model so you can now call the office and speak to a client experience Rep.
