This place has been badly neglected. Can see it was once a beautiful complex with a great location on the Indian River looking across to Cocoa Village. But the landscaping is all over grown, however the irrigation system doesn’t work and all you have are weeds and sand, siding is coming off the buildings, fountain by pool doesn’t work, algae growing on the buildings, wood rot on the porches. I was renting and definitely overpaid. Talking to owners the HOA fee is very high and I see little return for the dollars. It is dog friendly but saw quite a few dangerous dogs that I was scared to be around with or without my dog and I am a vet tech and dog trainer. New management just took over and appear to be making an effort but it will take years to fix this place.

I've been here several times I've known several people that live here. Nice community gated well kept their lawn Care soon pick up the malls but that's just a personal view let's not build up so much sometimes it's worse than looking nice but then again you're right near the water you can wash your car park your boat nice comfortable living for what I understand pretty reasonable I enjoyed my visit at sunset Bay
