Coming from someone who has lived in many places, and has had to deal with multiple managers/landlords... this place is by far the cleanliest, quietest, understanding, and most welcoming place to live. The manager is very attentive and is very honest. She makes living here easy as a resident. I plan on being here for a very long time.

Whoever said that they were part of the team that helped upgrade the property and the only people leaving bad reviews are people who are lying, or can't get in, why did my friend just pay money for a application for a background check to be told he could not live there due to his credit, then get a refund, which absolutely nobody does after someone puts in an application, I would stay far far away from this place something sketchy is going on with management, also they have a pretty dumb policy for someone who is purchasing a home , if he had enough money to pay for the home I think he has enough money to cover your petty lot rent🤷‍♂️ that's just common sense its probably not something you people deal with often being in Florida

Stay far away from this place my friend put in an application to buy a $30,000 mobile home they took his money for an application fee told him it was for a background check and denied him for lack of credit didn't call anybody didn't check background
