I was out of town and looking for a place near my hotel to get y nails done… I called Gel Nails and they Got me in quickly with no wait and did an awesome job on my dip and pedi. There’s a younger guy that did a fabulous job on my pedi and did it pretty quickly. I would definitely go back!

Went for some pampering and absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. The guy I had was not into it and in a huge hurry. Barely did cuticles on toes or hands and burned my nails taking off previous gel polish. Nails look like there is a weeks of growth already. Place is dirty too. I never write reviews but felt the need to warn others.

Yes, but they have very poor customer service and tend to be disrespectful to customers on a regular basis especially when a customer comes in with work previously done by a nail technician from a different shop. The techs at gel nails do not show appreciation for their customers business even when you are a repeat customer. Each time I've went to Gel Nails I made an appointment with Vicky which is the only technician the that does 3D nail art. She has a very poor customer service record. This has been confirmed with several other customers who patronize the business. After my last visit with her I've decided to never return. Each time I've sent to Gel nails I paid $130 for service.
