Horrible service. I ordered a double with double cheese. Only mayo and mustard. Simple enough? Got it loaded with everything. I told the lady it was wrong. Instead of no problem I will fix it. I got a that's what the screen said. Not busy at all only 2 other tables. So I am one of the few people that is not going to argue but also do not like being disrespected. So basically $13 and change for a soda. Money well spent. Will not make the same mistake again.

Tried to use a gift card ....stupid kiosk would not take it!!! Put people back to work.....this is the worst experience at SnS in over 50 years. Won't go back.

The service is depressing, wait more than 1hr for a Shakes of cookie dought. And in the end I shut up super bad 🤦🏻‍♀️😔 I'm definitely not coming back.
