Well use to b a 55+ park that's why I bought a mobile home in here. Changing to any age park n most of us senior s on a very small limited income can not afford to move.

Has been bought by a corp. No one ever in office, no one returns phone calls or even e-mailes... Bought by Parakeet properties.. You have to pay money to rent their lot, but have no response for recurring issues.issues

$385.00 but you need to have concerns about the water and sewer bill plus additional garbage which wasn't supposed to be paid by the tenants
