Been here over 3 years, great schools, it don't have the best curb appeal but inside of my home is nice, neighbors are cool and the ladies in office have never gave me a problem. Maintenance slacks a lil bit and they could do some updates to exterior of building or I would have given it a higher star rating

DO NOT LIVE HERE these people Selena Especially are Rude Nasty Shisty people they have no respect and even if your the perfect tenant they still will be ugly to you if you don’t give a 30 day notice even if you are in good standings they will steal your security deposit even if you have a valid reason and even if you don’t owe money they won’t fix anything if you ask them for any kinda service they will frustrate you and say snarky comments if you give notice to vacate they will serve a mandatory inspection again DO NOT LIVE HERE If you can avoid it they design the lease to trap you in it and it’s not to benefit you in any way prepare to be frustrated I normally don’t even give reviews but they bought that with my security deposit a 700 plus reward of truth glad I’m moving will not return

Called to find out about availability, was given information for a 1bedroom 1bath. $990.00 a month! Insanity! I am kind of desperate at this point, so I asked what I need to do to apply. I was told that I need to bring my ID and proof of income.I then asked her what about self-employed people? I don't have proof of income right now because I trade cryptocurrency and I'm a self-employed Carpenter, So she said they would need 7 months plus security upfront! Are they smoking something?
