I did not receive what I asked for. The stylists at this salon seem to be more concerned with getting through the line of haircuts, rather than taking the effort to do their best work on each head. My hair is choppy and looks like I did it myself.

Needed a haircut, my normal barber is booked out a few weeks and I screwed up and didn't make an appointment in time. Barber was nice quite and not talkative

Went in at opening was treated like I was an inconvenience as more customers arrived. Explained to him in great detail about how I wanted my haircut and specifically requested my bangs be right below my eyebrows and to blend my layers in he cut my bangs to the middle of my forehead with long strands hanging down the layers were blunt cut one side of my hair was 2 inches longer than the other side when mentioned my bangs he ignored me. Also as several customers arrive he has to stop several times finally another hair stylists arrives stating sorry I'm late I have the worst diarrhea so I had to stop and buy pepto bismal or I'd be in the bathroom all shift she had no mask on despite signs requesting customers wear face coverings I had to go somewhere else pay 30.00 and have several inches cut off my hair to even it out shorter layers cut in my hair to blend them properly I will NEVER go there again it was the worst experience and unprofessionalism I have seen in awhile!!!!

Came in there Friday about 4 to get my daughter a cut everyone there acted like they didn't want to help us like we were inconveniencing them there was no other customers in there the employee's was arguing about who was going to cut my daughter hair nobody wanted to. There was an older lady standing by her station nodding out looked like she was on heroin she barely could speak came up to my husband and said she would do it and we was lucky to get her because the other barbers suck. She kept bad mouthing her coworkers my husband decided not to stay said we would come back but we're not.

Yes! They are trained to do all types of haircuts. Pictures help them see what you are going for or how you would like the finished cut to look. They will also help you pick the right products for your new style.
