My dogs loved the cold water and the random dog that was strolling through yesterday was nice. Hopefully they belong to someone close by. The water was higher than normal and hid a large chunk of the path and water access but it was still fun and beautiful.

This is a wonderful county park. There are 2 separate covered areas with picnic tables , a nice updated playground and river access down a flight of stairs, where there are a few concrete picnic tables along with a BBQ pit with view and access to the river. There are a couple walking trails as well. Great park away from city sounds.

This is one of my absolute favorite nature parks around Salem/Keizer. Decent hiking, easy river access, and a really cool park for kids. Would definitely recommend it!!

Very nice park. Great playground and walking trails. The bathrooms are gross half the time, but that's par for the course around this area. Great river access (no boat ramp). We really enjoy this place.

Is this park open from sunrise to sunset? Or does it close at a specific time?

Sunrise to sunset

I tried to find the entrance and parking along Niagara. Couldn't find it. How are people getting there?

When you turn off of Widser Island road you turn on Naples road I believe. Go down Naples and when the road makes the turn to the right the entrance is on the left.

Anyone fish here? If so what has anyone caught?
